Anticipate 1-2 business days for order processing or 5-7 for made-to-order items. You will receive tracking information shortly after. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Although we are unable to take responsibility for purchases that arrive damaged or mishandled by courier services, we will happily file claims on your behalf to assist in resolving these issues. This process can take time, so please bear with us.

If you have made a mistake in your order or need to change something, please contact us immediately.

We are more than happy to make adjustments to your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped yet.

live plants

We are only able to ship orders containing live plants Monday - Tuesday to prevent shipping delays.

Any orders containing live plants must select the appropriate ‘Live Plant’ shipping to be applicable for DOA compensation.

Please send photographs of the specimens in questions immediately after receiving the order to be eligible for DOA compensation, and will send replacement specimens.

We cannot ship live plants outside of the United States.

Unopened and new-in-packaging products may be returned up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund. Products that have been opened are unable to be refunded unless in the rare event of manufacturing faults.

We are unable to take returns on live plants or Established Wabi Kusa

Customers are expected to pay return shipping, except in the event of manufacturing faults.
